OUR MISSION
The mission of The Gustave Project is to ultimately equip families with the connections, tools and resources necessary to better establish their economic position within society; specfically in the areas of housing, education, career/trade development, and finances. TGP will help bridge the gap between those who aren’t exposed to needed resources to live a sustainable, healthy, and fulfilling life within the Indianapolis & Cincinnati areas.
OUR VISION
The vision of The Gustave Project is to establish healthy families within the community that are more equipped and prepared to succeed long-term despite their socioeconomic background or status. By serving as a connector and resource within the community to those who may need housing assistance, career/trade development, & financial assistance/education we will empower and uplift families to be more independent, self-sufficient, & better balance life’s challenges.
WHO WE SERVE
TGP assists numerous individuals and families within the community specifically within the following three categories:

Underserved Families: Specifically children and youth needing financial, clothing, food, holiday, and school assistance

The Homeless/Displaced Community: Those needing temporary and longterm placement in shelters, affordable housing, and more.

Individuals Seeking Higher Education or Employment, Skills/Trade Training, and/or Business Ownership but can't afford to do so
OUR CORE VALUES
TGP has established 6 core values that we strive to keep at the forefront of our efforts as we work within our targeted communities. TGP holds valuable to it’s organization:

Trust – TGP is committed to gaining the trust of those we serve. We understand that it isn’t easy and is often daunting to ask for help. We will respect and handle each of our clients/participants with care, privacy, and integrity.

Collaboration and Partnership- TGP has formed and will continue to form community partnerships so that the overall mission and vision of TGP can be greater achieved. We believe working together works and as a result we plan to utilize all of our resources and connections to reach the needs of those we serve.

Urgency- As we encounter individuals and families who need assistance, it is important for us to ensure to our clients that we will work speedily and effectively to provide their needs. With urgency, we will take on the role of advocacy for those in need.

Community – TGP values inclusivity and inclusion. Our goal is to serve everyone and to display a sense of unity so that those we serve feel connected and one with our volunteers, staff, & partners. We value reaching those who will need our assistance no matter their background, socioeconomic status, or race.

Safety- TGP is a safe space and environment. We want our clients and those we serve to feel an immense level of peace and safety while participating in any of our programs or events knowing that their needs and vulnerabilities are safe with us.

Service Oriented Efforts- TGP is a service-oriented Christian based organization. As we strive to be an extension of the hands and feet of Jesus Christ, we want to always do so in love and with compassion as Jesus commanded us to.
